Vikāsa was founded with a vision to provide honest and professional recruitment services and manpower supply on contract basis to a wide range of clients such as manufacturing industry, company, offices, bank, educational institute and supermarkets.

We strive to understand our client’s unique environment and needs. We work as a partner with our clients to provide the right people with right skills at right time.

Manufacturing Services

In 2018, Vikāsa also forayed into providing manufacturing services and has a well-developed infrastructure with modern equipment for executing sub assembly work for OEM clients.

Our capabilities:

  • Wheel assembly
  • Rim painting and other painting work
  • Hose assembly etc.

Quality, On time delivery and Safety are our core business values. Quality control is done at all stages from raw materials till shipping.

A Time and Action plan is strictly followed, to ensure consignments leave on time. Today we have a workshop of over 10300 square feet and employ approximately 20 employees, mostly highly skilled technicians.

As founder and owner of Vikãsa, Nalini S is the heart of the business who believes that staffing solutions is all about relationships and providing a perfect fit between candidates and companies. Nalini holds Masters in Commerce from Sree Kongadiyappa College, Doddaballapur, Affilated to Bangalore university. Currently, Nalini looks after finances, strategy and resource management.
Nalini Subramani
Founder & Owner
Naveen holds Masters degree in Physics from Bangalore University and has 13+ years of experience working with automotive global leaders like John Deere, L&T Construction. He currently looks after sales and technology strategy for Vikasa.
Naveen Kumar Byregowda
Co-Founder
Subramani has 13+ years of rich experience in automotive manufacturing industry. He heads the operations at Vikāsa.
